I think we need to revisit essence/gloop type flavourings as well as proper recipes now we've pretty much got neutrals sorted and agreed on double distill.

Kale as nutrient with bread yeast is currently agreed on as best natural sugar recipe for value.

Alcotec vodka star is pretty much agreed on as best combined yeast and nutrient for quick but clean result

E1118 (or 1116) yeast may be a better yeast than bread, but the extra cost is a debate. Similarly, lentils or standard yeast nutrient have their merits compared to kale.
