A new life for my old brewery kit.
As I now use the BM for brewing, all the kit I used as been gathering dust. I've been thinking, do I sell it?? or keep it....I had a brain fart t'other day, my mash tun is an 80 LTR SS Thermopot...that would work well as a fermenter.
Now, what can I do with a 100 LTR SS pot??

I tried to be normal once, worst two minutes of my life.

Why??? being a thermopot it should hold the temp better.....plus I have a bottom tap, so a lot easier to run into the boiler.

Exactly. It will. And when it drops you can easily warm it externally. The insulation is a equal opportunity employer.
Works great if the ambeient temp is similar.... But then why would you need it.

I love it when you old beer brew boys get squabbling.
I just want to stand back and lob in a hand grenade.
Looking around for one now....
