turbo yeast for a corn likker mash?
i know i screwed this up but i after i mashed up a corn likker recipe i relalized that i didnt have any bakers yeast and only had a packet up turbo yeast and couldnt go to the store to get bakers yeast. the recipe was
7lbs flaked maize
1.75 lbs malted barley
1 lbs rye.
7 lbs sugar.
the first 24 hours the fermenter was raising major hell and after it is popping once about 20 seconds. the sg was 1.09o and i havent got to check it tonight after the fermented stopped. did i screw up this batch with the turbo yeast or should i run it and see what i get?

Run it, she'll be fine.
Turbo's are just yeast + nutrients and a few extras so it couldnt do too much damage.
