Exactly how I do it - I don't blend in that oily first section - too strong a flavour.

Really makes the process come alive.

I am so jealous though. Virginia Woolf wanted a room of one's own. I have a kitchen for everybody!

He also makes award winning all grain beer - has a dart board and a couch in his still\brewing room - makes me bloody sick ;D
