Winter is Coming!
No it's not a game of thrones thread,
I've just started clearing some space in my guarage to build a fementing cabinet, something fully insulated that can hold three 30lt fermenters or two 60lt fermenters, with a temp controlled heater in there, anyone else undergoing and pre winter building project?
I can't ferment in the house as there are too many small hands that like to pull airlock apart and turn taps!!!
So I'm stuck in the guarage with what ever I can build to keep my fermenters warm.
So far I've swept the floor lol

Not enveying your little hands, and suspecting that your garage SP is no worse than one of mine
Sweeping the floors and Vacking the cobwebs would be a start here, for sure.
Robert.

I can't begin to tell you how much I miss garage, outbuildings and various indoor extra space. City living in an apartment makes sense for me just now but has it's downsides.
Lack of space is one. 10 seconds notice of the police arriving while still is running is another as I discovered the other day. Air still does have advantages after all.

It is entertaining in it's way. My flat is beside the entrance, so the police rap my window when they want in without spooking the person they want to visit. We now have an understanding that they have to tell me the gossip err I mean charges. It does however give me still challenges. I am thinking of a still disguised as a dalek with a runny nose?

Re: Winter is Coming!
I envy your space A....I'm trying to find time to take down the very old shed..(before the wind does it)....and pop up a new one.
Then I can move some of the larger items out of the brew house into the new shed...will it be done before the winter comes??? only the brewing gods know.
@ Curmudgeon...just tell the fuzz it's a coffee pot with an extra kick.

I tried to be normal once, worst two minutes of my life.

Re: Winter is Coming!
I tell people that notice the smell from the air still that it is a bread maker...
They don't actually make it through the door.
It makes a different kind of noise they say.
Discontinued model I reply...........
