is my wash ready

hi guys this is my first brew so think i need help first big mistake i forgot to take a reading ,but now its showing .990 and having no bubbling of gas hope this makes sense 
A glass of whisky in Scotland in the thirties cost less than a cup of tea.

That sounds done. The yeast should start to settle out a bit if it is done. It will go from milky to slightly clear (like soup, not cream soup).

Sounds done to me pop.
I would rack it off (siphon) into another bucket,and leave it to settle,with or without adding finings to assist that process.

thanks guys just degassed and added the finnings and hope tomorrow i'll be doing my first tasting .now what to make up first
