New year resolutions anyone??
Well here we are, day 4 of 2015 and I've not heard any family or friends state any resolutions. For my own part, I'm going to try and reduce the amount of falling down liquid by say 25%, don't get me wrong I don't get pie-eyed, maybe 3/4 good snifters most nights, but I think maybe it would be a good thing for me.
I also have to get back into brewing beer, not brewed for 8/9 months.

I tried to be normal once, worst two minutes of my life.

I don't know that I would call it a resolution, but drinking less is goal for me this year. My friend has had maybe four drinks in the last three months!
I don't think I will go that far.

For sure I routinely drink many more units of alcohol than I probably should.
I do control the times of intake to ensure it does not negatively affect my life.
Liver and kidneys might disagree.
About to send my breathalyser off for a service and recalibration to the new lower Scottish limit.
New year resolution? Stay safe!
Robert.

It is my liver that I worry over. Not as much as my doctor worries
but none the less... Maybe this year I will grow some will power.

I'm giving up Alcohol.. well cuttinig back by 70%.
After giving up fags, I compensated by drinking more and poured on the pounds. Fed up of my fat suit now so food down and booze down.
I forgot what waking with clear head felt like.

Jeees! we could end up as the largest group of tea-total distillers in the world
Now,that may be going a little far,but would mark this forum as a pro "Drink Responsibly" site!
The fact that I have not had a hangover in 40 years of alcohol intake is my problem;-my liver and brain are not on speaking terms.
Come the day,one of them will be wearing THE T-shirt.
Personally,I expect the heart to get there first.
