Well that's my T500 cherry popped...

To say it was a roller coaster ride would be an understatement. The smegging temp probe leaked like f**k to start with, but I got it sealed after a while...
The temperature fluctuations were out of this world, but I managed to sort it out.
So 4 hours later I finished up with just over 3 lts of 92 ABV.

To give myself something to do while the 500 did it's stuff I did a doz & half pickled eggs.....6 garlic..12 beetroot..

I have not had a pickled egg for ages, must do some later this year when the beetroot is ready.
The Swmbo & I both love to cook, infact only yesterday while I was "driving the 500" she reminded me that we have a number of bottles of white wine from a kit that didn't turn out well that she uses in cooking, what's left could go through the still for brandy for cooking.
