Hi Guys

I was looking at the way Bacardi Rum is made, they age it on oak, then carbon filter to remove the colour, anyone tried anything similar?

Yes, but I was trying to remove the flavour too (blackstrap yuck!). It removed all of the colour and most of the taste.
