distilling crap wine

Hi all, I\'ve just rediscovered some crap wine that I made 4 or so years ago, basically the apples weren\'t ripe enough and wouldn\'t mash therefore not a lot of flavour or alcohol. I was gonna chuck it but couldn\'t be arsed to uncork all the bottles n empty n rinse them as the glass has to go in the recycling box. So on finding it I decided to put it through my still and hey presto a litre of 30% (discarded the first 50ml to be safe ) clean smelling and tasting, I love it, this is the best hobby ever
