Turning off stil during stripping run

Ive collected about 300ml so far during my stripping run but need to turn it off, is this ok ? can i just switch back on tomorrow and collect until 20% like usual ? do i top it back up to 4l ? or do i simply throw it away ?, thanks

You can shut if off and restart.
