Mine fermented out in around five days, usually takes around two weeks in the temps here. ran it yesterday, The yield and taste is the same as usual. So I've achieved faster ferment times, my goal :-).

Mine finised out in 7 days...it's sat in the brewhouse waiting to be stripped. I did a 25lts sugar/kale wash strip yesterday...was hoping to strip this GS/kale today....but Mrs Ice wants to go caravan shopping..
I took delivery of another 3 x7.5 kgs bottles of GS last Wed....as long as I can buy GS at the price now, I'm sticking with it.

Have 2 by 25ltrs Kale wash on the go,
its very slowly getting there, can'y wait
to get going on it.
Am deffo going to try your Kale& GS.
It seems to have sped up the fermentation
a lot by adding Kale juice.

Top of the list
Here matey....send for 3 and you save on P&P.
It does smell great when it's fermenting....and smelled just as good when I stripped it yesterday....even Mrs Ice liked it..
As for yeast I used dried on that one...only reason was the bakers by us were closed when I did it.

Would you say the Kale has added to flavour,
or just speeded up ferm,(kale tastes like ST!£$)
you know what the dinner lady said "If you don't
eat your greens, you can't have your pud boy!!

Don't know about the taste at tbs moment, it has been one of the best wash's I've ever done. All I can suggest is have a go, if this turns out what I would like it to, I'm making loads more of it.
When I stripped it I did save about 500ml from the middle of the run, I'm going to have a sniffer tonight will let you know.

Well I took what I collected from the middle...cut it with bottled water down to 40%....over ice it will be moreish...I added a teardrop of vanilla to one glass and it was very nice....I need to pop an oak strip into what's left...

and see what comes from it.
