Trub or NO Trub

Postby vino-tinto » Sun Oct 04, 2015 10:11 am

I've just read this very interesting experiment, Trub or NO Trub. It comes up with a very easy way of limiting the amount of cold break in the fermenter.

Also take a look at the homepage (XBMTS) it's full of other comparisons.

Cheers VT...only just found the time to read it in full...very interesting read. Makes you think that because you've been brewing for a number of years, maybe just maybe, you still have a lot to learn.

Only the other day I read about what's in the krausen, and how it helps to hold back certain bits that you don't want in your brew.
I tried to be normal once, worst two minutes of my life.
