This reads like it would be a good match for an ALVA controller too.
http://alva-control.eu/ That would give you some toy!

I think these to could be stunning combo.
Just waiting to see what billmcc thinks to the build quality and the thickness of the SS.
Some of these boilers can get a bit tinny. Which is not good if you are thinking of bunging some copper on top.

The build quality is very good on the klarstein, tret myself to a pump and brewed an American I P A. i was aiming for 23 ltrs @ 1.056 and ended up with 24 ltrs @1.062 so its going to be a bit strong at 6.8% if it gets down to 1.010. from start to finish the brewing time took about 5hrs so a good day was had.Hobgoblin is my next attempt but i will keg the IPA first
Cheers

Nice one. 5 hours is good. I have a BM and 5hrs is a good run. Has the inner mash tube got mesh bottom? Just thinking about the circ/sparging.
What was your mash schedule?

The mash tube is drilled at the bottom and stands 1" above the heat plate on feet.the only thing that lets the unit down a bit is when you raise the mash tube
for sparging you have to use a holed lid plate to stand the tube on which means its a one handed lift or you get an assistant.other than that its fantastic and really easy to operate
local home brew shop ipa kit
5.5Kg grain mashed in at 20 ltr 71 deg c then mashed at 66 for 75 min then mash out at 78 deg c for 15 min then sparged 12 ltr at same temp then boiled for 1 hour with 60 min hop addition with 15 min remaining added second hop addition and protafloc tab then cooled for 35 mins down to 20 deg c
Cheers

Sounds good - a jump step makes the lift easier.
...and ended up with 24 ltrs @1.062 so its going to be a bit strong at 6.8%
not necessarily all ferment-able depends of the accuracy of the temp
Might end up strong enough and tasty. V good efficiency though.
I gave up on 78c - straight to boil now - makes no difference except I am done 15mins sooner.
You need an alva - go on - go on - go on !

Think i need to get a few brews under my belt first and learn how to work the efficiency out
Cheers again
