I need a good sugar wash using champagne yeast. Anyone have one ?

Hi Edd, take a look here for a simple Tomato Paste based sugar wash viewtopic.php?f=2&t=1498#p11616 it works really well.
I just stripped another 25l ~11% batch today. Far cheaper than the equivalent 'turbo's'
