I like the the 'how to adjust' page of this site, common problems for all of us.
My eyes have been opened to the world of Schnapps, something I would have said that I didn't like, until now.
Some of these I just have to try.
Indeed a very nice find.
I just love the interweb.
There is no ONE way.

Use good neutral... when you get the taste you want take the blueberries out... stems can give off an aftertaste if you leave them in long term...

Couldn't wait to try
From left Kiwi, Peach, Blueberry and Cherry
Fused with my finest 40% neutral
All nuked to about 65 degrees, capped while hot so should pull a decent vacuum will nuke again in the morn and again tomorrow night, leave to cool and try on Sat. Could be a revelation, could be cr*p. If its a bust I'll just chuck in in my heads jar for reprocessing and try again with the long patient route.

Well you gotta try it even if its to find that nuking schnapps short cut don't work

Will let you know how it turns out on Sat ::)

Well tried them all this morning, it would seem the dark fruits cherry and blueberry have taken a slightly bitter taste, the kiwi taste of kiwi though with a very slight hint of bitterness and the peach well its peach very nice.
Nuked em all again and will try later, it maybe that nuking some fruits make them bitter. Could be by adding a little sugar solution to counter it may work, that's why they call it trial and error but I have to say the peach is looking very promising ;D

Addeed sugar is required at the end of the cheery blueberry nukes to get it to taste... may want to add some at this point... on those two once you get them to your desired color...

peach normally takes 2 to 3 cycles ... sugar may be needed here as well

KIWI ? no idea but as mary poppins said a little bit of sugar makes the medicine go down...
