Well Hi,this is my first time so everybody be gentle.My first wash is down so far so good, water temp 52.5 and holding alcohol column is 77.8 all is GOOD at my house so far Cheers Simo......... Alcohol flow does seem to be slow.

See now was that so hard LOL

Let me introduce my shy friend.

Simo is the guy who got me into this fun little hobby and has guided me through the learning curve.

I have returned the favor by harassing him to buy a T500 (much to his wifes disgust)

He now has one and is running it for the first time today.

So above where he says this is his first time, it really isnt.

HI all,so far so good, thanks for the Welcome Jimmy.I did put down another wash with 8KG of sugar, received 5lts at 95%, i wonder is this the way to GO.........

Well Andy & Simo, i\'ve been looking in from the outside as well! Thought i too might join and put my two bobs worth in. Nothing to comment on yet.

As you know, I use 6kg sugar along with the Vodka Star Yeast pack and I get 94%

Craig sold me a bag of dextrose to try in my next few wash's so we can see how that goes.
