liquorice liquer

Just tried this recipe and for me it tastes great.
to one bottle of vodka add 25 gms liquorice root and 50 gms of sugar seal bottle and shake daily for ten days
then filter and enjoy suposed to be medicinal too allthough arnt they all

I really like liquorice vodka, mine was an accidental initiation though. The liquorice was left over from a macerated gin run, the liquorice appears really late in a gin run. Even after 2 strips and a spirit run the taste was a surprise.
