'Free' winemaking book
Chris left a comment on the main site (thanks!) with a link to this great book. It's free but not sure if it really should be, still it isn't hosted by me so it's not my lookout if the copyright man comes calling!

Some really interesting wine recipes in there for all year round, about halfway through if you're scrolling about. You can download it too for offline reading.
If anyone tries any of them, let us all know how it goes and raise a glass to Chris!

A lot of those recipes are very high in sugar, they should be made with careful attention to the amount of sugar used and that should be added in stages with tests using a hydrometer.
Otherwise it\'s very easy to get fermentation problems i.e. stuck ferments etc.
One of the wine making forums I\'ve read stuff at, recommends SG of 1080 to 1090 at the start of the ferment. You can always add the difference later on during the ferment.
