If anyone is interested, I am selling my complete T500.
It is complete with new water pipes etc.
I have removed all packing and cleaned it, repacked and ready to use.
The boiler is lagged with Armaflex so is more efficient, especially if using a power controller.
Also included is my Pot head still, which I made to fit using the existing T500 column nut.
This is also lagged with Armaflex and has a temp probe port (blanked off) if you want to use one.
It includes silicon seals for the column to T500 lid

The reason for sale is that I have now adapted the Grainfather to use my new pot and Boka still by using an ALVA controller.

If anyone wants a bargain, I want £250 for the complete T500, the pot head is free with it, I will not split, but the buyer must collect from Norwich.

I will not send in case it gets damaged like the last pot head I sent out.

I could always put the price up

I just want someone to get a bargain before it goes on eBay.

SS4BB hasn't been on for a month or so...he was after a T5, and at that price it's a win win.

Don't know if GTF gets to see this thread, he maybe able to tip him the nod.

Unfortunately I sent someone a pot still I made by a well known courier, it got badly damaged but it was insured, but a claim was rejected because I didn't take photos of the item and it's packaging before sending, they always have a way out.

Hence the lower price is reflecting the fact it's collection only.

I have pm'd SS4BB about the T5 VT, he is aware of the sale..fingers crossed mate.

What a fantastic buy for one of ours
wanting to up grade.

I do love the arguement that says that if something doesn't sell,then you keep increasing the price, until it does.
Sometimes, people think that goods at a bargain price are suspect.
Take your average Van Gogh as a case in point.
