Hi All
Did my first lentil wash about 11 days ago, OG was 1.100, all airlock movement has stopped but reading 1.010, shall I leave it for longer or shall I crack onto the next stage
cheers
Danny

With that high of an OG, I would expect it to finish below 1. It might be slow due to low pH or high alcohol. I'd give it a few more days and see what happens.

I think that I am +1 with chuck here.
That does seem a high OG to me,how much sugar and which and how much yeast did you use?
Did you oxygenate the wash?
Give it a few days, before racking, clearing, and running it.
Just trying to help.
Robert.
