I used to make kits but I'm more into making my own from fruit juice, similar to a WOW but I use a juicer and fresh produce.
I also make Port using red wine, spirit and those Still Spirit Port essences, very yummy.
But my passion is BEER, my favourite being my 10.5 ABV Imperial Stout.

Only doing kits ATm building my
shed so i can house a grainfather.
Bought a Russian Imperial Stout kit
from Beerworks.
Very impressive, 7.8 on the scale,
left it 6 weeks to mature and that
is what I call a mans beer!!!!

I hope you stay too vino as apart from anything else, you know so much more than me and so by definition are more valuable to our community.

On a personal level that means I rate you highly and am glad you are here.

However (and take this as you will). I bitched at you bitching at me and you threatened to quit. That screams as can give it out but can't take it.

I DO post a lot and that isn't in doubt, however I do it 1) because it's a discussion forum, 2) because I distill and so post when drunk, 3) I believe forums benefit from activity even if some is off topic. 4) Other crap to do with post count boosting my ego and wanting to deliberately annoy people. (at least one of the above is not true)

Deserves it's own thread even though much covered on other sites. I make a lot of hybrid WOW/turbo ciders (no turbo yeast involved). Somewhere between 6 and 12%, naturally carbonated and almost always including blueberry juice.

For any that have not yet realised, Mash and Curmudgeon are most definitely "brothers under the skin" and for the reasons that Curmudgeon numbered.
Myself, I am happy that the Earth is still on it's axis and spinning, and when I find the time to remove Cortana from the task bar, I am sure all will be good. :)
