Hi just wanted to say hi as i have just joined, been searching and reviewing for days and have found my way here as i'm after a T500 with a alembic pot, seems a great place for info as its been a struggle trying to find out information on distlling in the uk.

Hi yes I stumbled on that just as I was about to place an order at love brewing for my set up, I’m also looking at maybe getting something made by domino distiller, I’m a long time beer brewer and have a decent micro brewery and thought it time to start on the sprits. I love the science behind all this as much as the product.

Welcome to the forum....it's a steep learning curve but as your into the science of beer you'll pick it up in no time....I came via the same route a number of years back now....beer kits then AG then via the Airstill.

Any ideas on what you may build?? how big?? if you've started where are the piccies?????????? it's compulsory sir to show off what you have, or are building.

absolutely, will be ready in about 3 weeks so i will give a big reveal then.

its a 50l keg build with Dephlegmator and liebig, also a simple pot still option.

Sounds like my dream set up
