I'm fed up with reading about how much fun you guys are having with these Torpedos, that I'm going to follow in the illustrious footsteps of those that have gone before...

I've just ordered a SGK, with a couple of fittings, and spare gaskets...this hobby is costing me a small fortune...

There is quite a backlog that has built up during our extended Christmas holidays, and we are already hard at work for clearing it up. I've just put up a new info banner on our website, because for now we obviously can't ship right after an order has come in. Please allow a few days for resuming normal operation. We worked hard over the weekend to clear up our backlog of orders and inquiries and are happy to announce that now all is taken care of.

Shipping to the UK varies a lot, top speed so far was 4 working days, but a more general estimation would be 7 days. With a little luck your delivery may arrive at the weekend, you can check the tracking status from your customer account.

Tracking states...."parcel has cleared customs" not long now.....

Yes, quite a dubious tracking state, that shows up from time to time, because intra-Community trade is not subject to customs handling anyway.

But maybe the UK is already practicing the exit from the EU? In that case we could ship VAT-free to the UK in the future... Europe is a crazy place to be...

Maybe just a "phrase" left over from the Empire days

As to the EU my UKIP badge set off the metal detector at the Chunnel passenger terminal don't think the French border guard was very impressed but it made me smile
