Scotch eggs.

While we have the food folder open.....who makes their own Scotch eggs??
My good lady has to make about 4 at a time for our local butcher, she does chilli ones, plain ones..he won't have any others. Then she barters with him, we've had Ox cheeks, pigs cheeks, lamb shanks....it's a great way to do business.
