Has anyone else tried using a wok lid on a burco ?
... or does it have to be copper and not aluminum?

Aluminium or Aluminum, depending on your origin, will taint your product seriously.

bu33er ... I thought I was on a winner there....them there copper huds are proper expensive.

I won't even use Aluminium pans for the sprouts these days,just in case the supposed link with dementia has a foundation.
If it can happen with sprouts,what may ethanol do?

Baked bean and Brussel curry. Washed down with four points of real ale.
