Re: Those brightly coloured cyclists
It made me smile too, and I have already shared this.
Cheers mate.
And I have cycled upon American and Canadian roads, where it seems car, and truck drivers have never seen a cyclist.
Might explain some 'lympic results
Robert.

There is no ONE way.

In the words of the late Dick Emery..."Ooh, you are awful - but I like you!

I tried to be normal once, worst two minutes of my life.

Cars I'm presuming Gaz.
One of the best images currently out there to try and inform cyclists was produced by TfL.
Cars aside, all the other regulatory shite from TfL, DVSA, etc is bollocks which could reduce cyclist hazards is education. If "they" don't know how to drive a class of vehicle then the fools should either stay back or make sure they can be physically seen by the driver. The larger the vehicle the greater the hazard (more and worse blind spots - I'd guess you teach your pupils about those).......
And yes, you are entirely correct. There are indeed some excellent cyclists out there, just that IMO they're outnumbered by the foolish and impatient by a wide margin.......

Two of my golden teaching rules.
ONE. Never Assume Anything.
TWO. See and BE Seen.
Yes I teach cars but this should apply to
cyclists as well.
