I just want to say a big hello and thanks to everyone here at THE best place for home distillers.
I'm following what seems a well trodden path. Initially buying an airstill based mainly on the sales blurb and making flavoured low wines to where I am right now - double distilling with the famous TPW - and on to who knows where with this great hobby.
At every turn, when I've been looking for an answer, it's been on this forum where the best knowledge seems to be.
I raise my glass to you all. Even if it is a monday night... I know I won't have a bad head in the morning
