Apple Pie with Whipped Cream has been talked about around here but not done as of yet. It's too hot for hot apple pie anyway. My question is: what did you put on the cream? Is it nutmeg or cinnamon?

It's nice cold, but I prefer it on the warm side, just like my mums real apple pie..

John, put this as an option in the hotel bars and you will have to increase production.

Thanks Brian. Apple Pie is my biggest mover - even with the heat down here. However, I just shipped some up to Dalian where they have a real winter.

Not sure why, but Shanghai is becoming a big consumer of the Cachaca.
