I got this from the distillers forum its a whole grain mash with molasses, i couldnt get sweet feed so i used 2kg cracked corn,2kg crushed barley, 2kg crushed oats.1ltr molasses, and 7.lb sugar 1 packet whisky yeast with AG Its a sour mash. I am now on my forth ferment using the original yeast all that you do is remove the top inch or so of the old gain an add a new layer then more sugar dissolved in the back set
because of the grain you only get about 18.ltrs to run through your still but its good iv got 2gallon on oak now, unlike the wheatgerm this doesnt try an climb out the ferment-er ::)

20kg corn £8
20kg oats £7
25kg barley £8
2gallon molasses £7
you dont need to buy in bulk like i did most place's will sell you a small amounts
