help, running at 38 degrees

second batch with this still, first no problems,

this batch I cant keep my temp up, as soon as I start the water flow, as low as possible it drops to below 40 degrees

I turn off the water and the still goes up to high temp, the water flow is on the lowest possible setting

wow I just worked it out, will post as an FYI for noobs like me lol,
the adjustment valve on the water flow meter I was turning but I was also turn the bottom screw cap as well without realising, lol, tightened the bottom one up and now can adjust with the top screw correctly.

just spent 3 hours doing my head in lol

Not going exactions for water reduced early. Turn on early is
fine.
