first vodkastar

hello can any one help ive just put my first vodkastar on and its been 5 days now an the hydrometers reading 990 but its still fizzing away do you think it would be ok to de gas it an put the turbo klir in or give it a few more days thanks for any advice

Hi dids that could just be gas i would rack it off into a clean fermenter an degas then add your turbo klar. alan
