Found a new supplier in Poland

Hi Guys
I've been searching the interweb for a site supplying Spiral Prismatic Packing (SPP) and I found this place, it's in
Poland I think, it's got SPP and loads of other bits for Stills.

I liked the Paypal pay box,and prices seemed reasonable.
I couldn't spot a shipping cost either.
First to use it please let us know how it goes.

I've just took a punt on 2 litres of SPP and 1/4 litre of copper SPP, the shipping is quite expensive at €27!!!
In total the SPP's cost me £57, pricey but it's not cheap stuff anyway and I've been after some for ages, I'll keep you guys informed on delivery speed, product quality etc.

Well I ordered on the 12th, the money has just come out of my account on the 15th but their website still says my order is awaiting PayPal payment, apart from an initial e-mail when I placed the order, I've had no further corespondance, it did say delivery would be 7-14 days, so hopefully it will get posted next week.

I have just waited from December 23rd until yesterday for a refund from a UK supplier.

Today I raised a dispute with PayPal, I've had no communication from them dispite me sending them a message, also the order status still reads "awaiting PayPal payment" when it has clearly been paid.
The guy I spoke to at PayPal said they will refund me in 10 days if they can't get a resolution from them.
Not a recommended supplier :-(

Sorry to hear this A...I use Paypal and I've always thought that any payment through them was safe?? There has to be a digital/paper trail of your payment??
it's left your bank account and gone somwhere??

I have had this with PayPal. 99% on the time you get it back, but it takes them a while.

The stuff has only gone and turned up this morning!!!!
I better get on to PayPal as all is well!
Items are excellent and delivery time was 16 days.

When I looked at the size of the bags I was worried I wouldn't have enough to fill my packed section which is 600ml long and 2.5" wide, however one bag filled it 3/4 of the way, it's very delicate stuff, I'll have to clean it very carefully I think but I'm looking forward to trying it :-)
All is well that ends well, if they had updated the status of my order during the process of posting etc, it would have been much better but at least we now know they are real and you can get good quality stuff delivered to the UK.
