First all grain whisky spirit run.. my harts a quite sweet..

I've made a malted barley beer wash, stripped it using the alembic and T500.

I then watered this to 20% and re run it very slowly using a power control to slow the run taking lots of small cuts.

I've only done sugar washes so having flavour is new to me . The harts and tails have quite a lot of flavour and taste sweet. I assume this is normal but want to check

I've added most of the tails as it's really tasty
