Worth a punt, but beware it doesn't mention... either which scale and which units. There are a few variations.

The description goes say:

“ This device measures the light diffraction of the sugars in your brew. This method can then be used to indicate the specific gravity of your sample in "Brix" or "Worts" scales “

This is, for me, pretty standard for a refractometer which measures sugar contnet.

Chances are that you will get a brix scale and something else. But what "wort" means I dunno. It might be helpful or might not. Have a punt.

Refractometers come in a variety scales. I have two for separate jobs.

Well, I just bought one.
Have been meaning to try a refracty-doody for awhile.
Postage was more than item cost.
We are 'A short time here and a long time gone'.
Who cares anymore?
Thank's for the heads up Toper!
Quite what the local charity shops will make of the donations after my demise is a thread of amusment for myself.

Reminds me of a line on saw somewhere..
My only fear is that when I am gone, my wife will sell my brewing equipment for what I told her I paid for it. :)

Don't fret, she will have one less mouth to feed.
And an awful lot less sugar to buy. ;D
