Raspberries & Tayberries

It looks like I\'m going to have a glut of Raspberies and Tayberries this year. The Strawberries are looking good too.

Anybody got any good drink recipes for these fresh fruits after all you can only eat so much.

Raspberries & Tayberries

First off, think \"Rumpot/Rumtopf\".
Make the Rum, any decent sized kilner type jar, layer the fruit, add sugar and top up with rum - basically.
You\'ll have to google for a decent method, but that\'s basically it, keep topping up with fruit as it comes into season with more rum and sugar etc.
Yes you can buy yourself one of those poncey looking German ceramic jars made for that purpose, but the kilner type do just as well.
Then here\'s a handy source for fruit wine recipes.
Oh and don\'t forget the raspberry and/or tayberry vodka

Get yourself over to http://www.homebrewunderground.com/recipe-index/ - some great berry stuff on there, plus pies with the leftovers!
