water regulator HELP

Just purchased a t500 put it together had a conection fitted under the sink but cannot connect tbe water regulator to the washing machine tap conector as the water regulator has a smaller thread...please can anyone giveme advice....after visiting 4 plumbers merchants I am starting to lose the plot and cant even turn to drink as icant make any....lol

Hi, i think you need a 20mm BSP Adapter for the needle valve to connect to.
you should get it from the same place you bought your rig.
