Hi finished a wash sg 01.70 and finished 0990 ,50 litres 11.5 kg t&l sugar ,500g tomato paste,141g baker's yeast,169 lemon juice this fermentation did in 7 days now I'm running through my t500 still at a temp of between 55© and 60© but I'm noticing a sweet teast coming off the still is it the carry overs from the sugar and will it go after I've distilled it again.

If it finished at 990 I don't think it is a sugar sweetness.
Wait and see what it tastes like tomorrow.
If it is still sweet your hydrometer is knackered or you need to visit specsavers.

Wow. That's an answer I didn't expect.

+1 for natural washes. Not as quick but the improvement in quality is stunning imo.
