I'm having similar problems with my T500 it won't get any hotter than 50c, I'm thinking maybe on of the elements has gone?
Anyone ever replaced one?

Tried that and there's very little info but I have a couple of things to try.

Sorry the site and no one has been able to help.
I don't think that either element on my urn boiler would be replaceable, they seem to be welded in place.
I don't know what a T500's elements look like.

I can't complain really as I've hammered it for the last 18 months and it was second hand when I bought it
