Hi

My T500 boiler died on me. I plugged it in and 10 minutes later it just stopped. The thermal fuse on the bottom does not do anything and the fuse in the wall plug is not blown. I have tried to plug it in another wall socket but still nothing. Have you heard of similar incidents?

Happened with me try 'twiddling' or twisting the black cutout knob on the bottom. If not give Richard a ring at wine works.
