Banana moonshine wash.

The banana wine I started last week is well on it's way....when I made it I came across a video for a banana wash.
Further searching has come up with this site...

80lbs - First peel and blend bananas.

Some blender !! A mate of sharpened a plasterers paddle. Awesome !!

A 25 ltr wash would be 10kgs...which is the same as the wine recipe....easy. 8)

80 lbs (36.287kgs) in 20 galls..???

Divide x4 = 9.5kgs in 5 galls??? am I missing something??

Probably US gallon so 3.78 litres
