single malt whiskey and coke, and make it a double!!

ive made a few descent vodkas with my t500 hundred and now its time to move on to bigger and better stuff!! whiskey, rum ect.. my favorite whiskey mash would have to be 14 pounds sugar, 14 pounds cracked sweet corn and half a five gallon bucket malted barley!! whats your favorite whiskey recipe and why?
