This forum is a nice place to visit,, So far I have learnt a lot of good stuff and posted a few questions, of which I received some good advice,,
This is what I like in forums,, I am glad to be a member here,,
because of my location I can only use an airstill so the quality of my liquor will not be the best but I can always try to get it to as close to the best as I can,,
So I am grateful for the hints and tricks I can get here to make my hangover-less mornings good
ah ya sounds like a load of horse pucky but if I can get a good brew them I am happy
I have done lots of home brew beers from ales to porters and enjoyed every drop (my wife dislikes the tastes but oh well more for me) and have just done a few batches of wines,, but am finding the ease of crafting a good liquor more challenging and fun
So thanks for all the future advice and I will share my results,,
Oh and I need to go to North Carolina again to find a recipe from someone,, dammm he made some good hootch,,
