Jam pan
I have just replaced my jam/maslin saucepan. It is on its way to ebay.
14 inch. Heavy aluminium. Bucket handle, tipper and spout. 'Vintage' construction not a new thin thing.
Ideal to make jam obviously !! large curries / chillies / Strawberry chutney
/ thermovinification / preheating / mashing / boiling.
PM me if you are interested.

Re: Jam pan
See what you can get for it on eBay, because you can get brand new stainless ones fro Lakeland for about £15 or so.......
Dunno if that's the regular price, but it's what we paid.....
