Tonight I'm trying running the pot like this - there is no reflux so I expect it to run like a pot.
I moved out to the garage in the summer, but its a bit chilly just now so the kitchen is a happier place to be. Only problem is you can look up to mine from the neighbor down the hill, a big shiny silver still is not something i want them to see on the worktop, I have been hanging a a towel on the window, but that's just as suspicious. Hopefully this will solve the issue.

Why not invest in a set of blinds and if any one asks tell them you have become naturists. Come to think about it the people next door to me never open their kitchen blinds - I wonder if they are naturists? or have a still?

It's a bummer, you have taken a lot of time and effort making your still as good looking as this and then have to keep it hidden. If my efforts turn out half as nice as yours I will be a very happy man.

What are you making? What were the results like?

Stripping a trial "faux whiskey" recipe - its just a raw sugar wash flavoured with breakfast cereal - I've tried corn flakes, rye, wheatgerm and last night was malted wheat. For these recipes I just use the small fermenters.

Perhaps that is the next logical step for modifiers - still camouflage! Although after R2D2 I am starting to run out of ideas for stealth items... perhaps dazzle ships hold the key!
