We are offering a one day seminar on distilling in Mishawaka IN .(South Bend) You will have an opportunity to go from Grain to Glass during the class seeing the whole actual real time process as well as a presentation with over 100 slides and a handout of the slides. We have a pizza lunch and a small continental breakfast. The fee is $200 for the day we start promptly at 9:00am and can go as long as 5:00pm. I just looked at the map to see where Mishawaka, Indiana is and much to my regret the mid-west United States is a bit beyond my resources for a one day seminar although I'd dearly love to go.
