I could go more bass than that. ;)

I caught these guys in Glasgow early this year, and last year.
Now so big that they play the bigger venues, less fun for me.
Time to find another base band, I was watching Ward Thomas in tiny venues a while back, last week their album hit #1.
It is all fun.

A little help please guys if you don't mind....

I'm suffering from a severe case of what Ice jas diagnosed as SAS.

I can't get this one out of my mind. It's been relisted on eBay 3 times now due to lack of interest

It has no instructions but does come with a UK plug.

I can't stop thinking about it and feel I NEED to own it. Not sure I'd know how to.operate it though. Can't find pdf instructions online and it seems the company is based in Poland.

Would I be a complete dingbat to buy it? Especially considering it'd be a 450 round trip to pick it up.

Please be brutal and honest!

Maybe a browser Robert. From the reply I received to my message, I don't think English was his first language and I haven't read any posts written in a similar style recently.

I'm keeping my eye on it. If it goes unsold again, maybe the price will drop again.

I recently took some advice from a shooting buddy. "Why do you shoot different guns" he asked "Why not get really good on one of them and use that for everything".

I heeded that and my shooting has improved dramatically.

Found these two on the nwt. What do you guys think?

Just 30 litre capacity:

Or 50 litre capacity:

Ok. I think there is a pattern here that you want another still.
What do you want to make?
Neutral or whiskey and in what volume?

Bigger my makes for less runs. Smaller kit makes for more frequent runs but you tend to grow in experience/knowledge faster.

Have you got time to sit in front on a bigger still or do you like the "come back later" method?

Answering questions like this might make for a good choice of still.

Final question... do you also make beer?

I've never made beer but I do have a Grainfather. I bought it to use fir whisky and brandy distilling as opposed to beer making. To my discredit, I haven't actually used it yet.

As you can probably tell, I'm a bit impetuous when it comes to buying things.

My main aim I suppose is for a larger capacity (even though I can't get through what I make with the T500).

What I love is using the equipment and making the product most. I love the idea of a larger still and was entranced by Odin's beautiful creations.

I like making both neutral and want to get into whisky and brandy properly - at the moment it's essences mainly.

As you can tell I don't have any real direction, more just excitement for new things.
