Defo must bash the juniper. It and the coriander work together.
A plastic bag and a bottle as a rolling pin work well.
Yes indeed. Trim down the angelica too. Big pinch per litre.
Orris root small pinch per litre.
These 2 are flavour fixers, not really there for taste. They stop your gin fading away in a matter of weeks.
Think that should get you on the right track. Keep us posted.
