Jaggery wash #2
Got Jaggery wash #2 off to a flying start today, I also added 2.3 liters of backset from a spirit run t'other day....time to up the stakes.
I hit a SG of 1.065 so now we sit back and see what happens.

I tried to be normal once, worst two minutes of my life.

Re: Jaggery wash #2
An update on this #2 wash....it left the station like a steam train
Then yesterday morning it seemed to have died
and I thought I'd have to do a PH test on it to try and find out why.
Now this morning it's "burping" about every 8/10 secs....methinks I'll leave enough well alone.
