TDick do you generally go that deep in tails?

Have you ever experimented with adding sweet water to your whiskey when blending? (When you had your copper pot still)

When I had the copper pot, I was such a Noob I didn't know anything about using sweet water.
In fact I only recently learned about it - I don't remember if it was Jesse (Still It) or Bearded & Board that did a video on it.

Speaking of, several months ago I met a small time LEGAL distiller who has applied for the show.

He gave me - well sold me - a jar of his submission that had not been released for sale yet.
It's Caramel Cookie (Biscuits for some of you) Delight. Sweet taste, lots of flavor - and 110 proof.
